Food Safety Recertification Class
Mansfield University sponsors this course for those who already possess food safety certification and wish to renew it. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture requires re-certification of a safe handling of food certificate every five years after the initial certification. This class meets those recertification requirements. Additionally, an optional final exam will be offered for those who wish to maintain the ServSafe certification. The cost of the class does not include a text. For those whose initial certification is in the ServSafe course, an optional exam will be offered. You may purchase the ServSafe book online at the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation Product Catalog, product code ESSX5 or "click here". You may choose to only purchase the exam answer sheet, product code SSEAS, or "click here".
