Team Building and Motivation - This workshop will focus on shifting leadership from delegations to coaching and using interpersonal skills to raise the effectiveness of the team. This session will look at how important it is to share your tasks with other members of your group.

Self-Esteem and Body Image - To lead others, you have to know yourself first. This workshop will give you an idea of how to be more confident with yourself so that you are more comfortable as a leader.

Woman/Male Empowerment - Yes, men and women lead differently, and they follow differently, too. Discover how gender shapes leadership not only in leading but in motivation as well.

Conflict Resolution - Conflict isn't a bad think, unless you don't manage it well. What do we mean by conflict? What forms does conflict take? How can you work your way through conflict toward growth? The session will provide strategies to diffuse tension and find workable solutions.

Ethical Decision Making - Flip a coin? Rock, scissors, paper? Pick a number? There are more effective ways to make decisions when you're in a genuine leadership role. Learn how to make a fair decision on what you think is right.

Community Service - This session explores the work of quiet leaders, those who lead by serving and by their involvement in civic groups to improve the lives of others. Find your place and learn about options to serve the community.

Global Issues - In our global culture, what do you need to know about leadership in other cultures? What issues do you need to be aware of when dealing with another culture? This session will open your eyes to leadership beyond the American perspective.

Wellness - As a leader it is important to know your mental, physical, and social wellness. This session will help you know and develop each of these aspects of wellness to help you feel more comfortable as a leader.

Communication and Writing - Strong leadership relies on clear, open and direct communication. This session will give you tools to develop more effective verbal and writing styles, which will help you interact with others toward stronger relationships and clearer understanding.
